Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan of Las Rozas
We are conducting an in-depth, up-to-date analysis of the city's transportation needs in order to seek and implement the best solutions to improve mobility, the quality of life and the environmental impact in Las Rozas.
The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan of Las Rozas (PMUS) will be a strategic document, a management framework on which a new model of sustainable urban mobility will be implemented, innovative, multimodal, accessible, safe, competitive and adapted to the city and its citizens and visitors.
Electromobility Plan
Las Rozas will have an Electric Mobility Plan in 2022 that will include a network of charging points with 38 chargers for electric vehicles in city parking lots and a set of grants to promote electric mobility in the city.
Las Rozas Mobility Hubs
Is a Network of Sustainable Mobility Areas that will function as intermodal stations for the use and exchange of sustainable solutions for the displacement of neighbors and visitors, such as scooters, electric bikes or electric vehicle chargers.

Las Rozas Innova manages the four municipal parking lots in the city. It is a network of parking lots for rotational use that provide coverage to residents, students, workers and visitors.
All municipal parking lots offer the first half hour of free parking. In addition, since April 1, 2021, Las Rozas businesses and stores have the possibility to give away an additional half hour of free parking to their customers.
Businesses that want to give free half-hour parking tickets should apply to aparcamientos@lasrozasinnova.es or go to the offices of Las Rozas Innova: Calle Jacinto Benavente, 2A. Floor 1 South
The users of the parking lots who want to have this additional half hour of free parking must request a discount ticket from the stores and businesses, which will be effective at the time to pay for the parking. The discount tickets must be presented at the payment offices of the municipal parking lots of Las Rozas together with the entrance ticket to the parking lot.

Opening hours: open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays.

Cañadilla Parking Lot
This parking lot has 102 spaces for rotational public use.
Opening hours: open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. Surveillance from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 to 3:00 pm.
Rates: First half hour free. After 30 minutes, it is charged at 0.02€ per minute. Monthly subscription: check availability and prices.
Las Matas Parking Lot
This parking lot has 82 spaces for rotational public use.
Opening hours: open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. Surveillance from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 to 3:00 pm.

Biblioteca Leon Tolstoi Subway parking lot
This parking lot has 306 spaces for rotational public use.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Saturdays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Extended opening hours for exam periods: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 3:00 am. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. Sundays 8:00 am to 3:00 am.
