Las Rozas Innova offers businesses a free and personalized program to help them in their digital transformation. The first 70 selected for the program already have “their sherpa”: a guide with whom they hold individual work sessions adapted to their needs and knowledge.
The “sherpas” conduct an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the business and guide it to advance in the digitization of its operation, as well as the services and products they provide to customers.
